Vociferous New Patriotic Member of Parliament for Assin Central , Kennedy Agyapong, has justified the alleged assault on the Member of Parliament for Manhyia North, Collins Amankwa, and a secretary to the party in that constituency, Felix Ibrahim at Krofrom in Kumasi.<\/p>\n
The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the NPP, Bernard Antwi Bosiako, also known as Chairman Wontumi is in the grips of the Ashanti Regional Police Command for allegedly assaulting the two.<\/p>\n
[contextly_sidebar id=”af0aD1NkxYyEUmFZyfuPPnZp2NseM9Qm”]Speaking on Accra-based Asempa FM<\/strong>, the NPP MP, a lawmaker, said Wontumi did nothing wrong by attacking the two since they were scheming against the NPP\u2019s presidential candidate, Nana Akufo-Addo.<\/p>\n He added that Wontumi should have beaten the MP the more for acting irresponsibly.<\/p>\n \u201cChairman Wontumi is a very fantastic chairman. He\u2019s done very well \u2026I will support Wontumi anytime. He should have beaten him more than he did. They are always playing the fool.
