Ghana’s most relevant radio station, Citi FM and 11 Civil Society organizations, will today [Thursday], jointly launch election-related projects funded by STAR-Ghana.<\/p>\n
The projects, which are meant to enhance the public understanding and participation in the promotion of issue based elections, will span from April 2016 to January 2017.<\/p>\n
The organisations include Blogging Ghana, Abantu, CDD\/CODEO, FSDA, African Women Lawyers Association, MUSIGA, National Media Commission, Socioserve Ghana, Ghana Integrity Initiative and Citi FM.<\/p>\n
Some of the projects will promote voice, peace, National cohesion, and inclusiveness in the 2016 elections.<\/p>\n
The launch will take the form of brief presentations by the various organisations on their projects before an audience of stakeholders and students.<\/p>\n
The launch will be broadcast live on 97.3 Citi FM.<\/p>\n
