There was a pivotal moment in my life, when \u201cstress\u201d became a constant roommate. I\u2019ve worked 100s of hours in deadline-driven and often hectic workspaces. Its became clear to me that \u201c<\/span>you can have it all – but at what cost<\/span><\/i>?\u201d Fast-forward 10 years \u2013 to now. Many people still ask me – why did you drop the fancy suits and open – <\/span>of all things<\/span><\/i> – a yoga studio? 3 years later, it\u2019s still a simple answer: self-care isn’t just something that makes you feel good it’s a critical factor in happiness and sanity. <\/span>Living<\/span><\/i> your best life now, should be a global priority.<\/span><\/p>\n Why you should listen?<\/b><\/p>\n Living \u201cmindfully\u201d is an important factor in growth, health and success. Yoga is a global movement, that explores this important wellness goal. We must start to connect to the possibility that good physical health, will tune up the mind.
