We cannot be hypocritical and think that teachers don\u2019t need these things.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He therefore asked government to cut down on its expenditure to build more facilities to tackle the accommodation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCan you imagine the cost savings if we are to cut down on expenditure? These are the realities. Any waste within our system has to be removed so that we can begin to accommodate our teachers properly,\u201d he insisted.<\/p>\n<p>He also emphasized the need for efficiency in both districts and ministries.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat I\u2019m suggesting is that there has to be efficiency in both the districts and the ministries itself.
