{"id":198417,"date":"2016-03-12T18:54:37","date_gmt":"2016-03-12T18:54:37","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/?p=198417"},"modified":"2016-03-12T18:54:37","modified_gmt":"2016-03-12T18:54:37","slug":"man-remanded-anal-sex-minor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/?p=198417","title":{"rendered":"Man remanded for having anal sex with minor"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"itemIntroText\">\n<p>Kwasi Sam, a sawmill apprentice who allegedly had anal sex with a 12 year old boy at Teshie, has been remanded into Police custody by an Accra Circuit Court.<\/p>\n<p>Sam, charged with defilement of a child under 16 years, has pleaded guilty.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"itemFullText\">\n<p>The court presided over by Mrs. Ruby Naa Adjeley Quaison deferred Sam\u2019s sentence to March 29.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecuting Detective, Inspector Kofi Atimbire, said the complainant resides at Teshie with the victim. The accused person also resides in the same vicinity.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecution said the complainant returned from a journey about three weeks ago and the victim informed her that Sam has been having sex with him through his anus since November last year.<\/p>\n<p>The complainant reported the matter to the Police and she was given a police medical form to send the victim for examination and treatment.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecution said when the complainant sent the medical report to the Police, Sam was picked up.
