{"id":180083,"date":"2016-01-07T16:10:40","date_gmt":"2016-01-07T16:10:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/?p=180083"},"modified":"2016-01-07T16:10:40","modified_gmt":"2016-01-07T16:10:40","slug":"vodafones-senior-staff-surprise-loyal-customers-during-5-days-of-care","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/?p=180083","title":{"rendered":"Vodafone\u2019s Senior staff surprise loyal customers during \u20185 Days of Care\u2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Senior Management Team (SMT) of Vodafone Ghana has embarked on a weeklong customer appreciation and engagement activities to enable loyal customers share in the success of the Vodafone brand in Ghana.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As part of the appreciation package christened \u20185 Days of Care\u2019, Vodafone SMT led by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Haris Broumidis, rewarded loyal customers at some retail shops with hampers, phones devices, souvenirs, breakfast service and a citation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Other activities for the week included a Customer Forum at Vodafone Ghana Headquarters, Field Engineers and Account Managers surprising customers with gifts, and Vodafone staff spending the day working with customers at their business areas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/08bd82d0-494b-44f2-aae6-9ff929b12395.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-180086 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/01\/08bd82d0-494b-44f2-aae6-9ff929b12395.png\" alt=\"08bd82d0-494b-44f2-aae6-9ff929b12395\" width=\"774\" height=\"547\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Explaining the rationale behind the reward package, Mr Broumidis said:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cVodafone as a global brand and leading network operator in Ghana\u2019s telecom industry appreciates customers for doing business with us and giving us feedback to render unmatched voice and data service for the past six years.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Clad in a red polo shirt with a cap to match, unlike his usual suit and tie outfit, Mr Broumidis made time to share interesting insights into customer issues at the A&amp;C and Osu Retail Shops.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In an open letter addressed to Mr Broumidis, Madam Fredericka Nortey, a customer who received a framed citation under the very hand of Vodafone\u2019s CEO said, \u201cI thoroughly value and cherish all the items forming the Special Appreciation Packages I received from Vodafone Ghana but I hasten to add that the pi\u00e8ce de r\u00e9sistance in the package is the framed written citation\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vodafone is also rewarding over 180,000 loyal customers with exciting cash prizes and airtime daily, weekly and monthly\u2019 in its 70-day promotion, \u2018Yee Twi K\u0254\u2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0&#8211;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Credit: Vodafone Ghana<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Senior Management Team (SMT) of Vodafone Ghana has embarked on a weeklong customer appreciation and engagement activities to enable loyal customers share in the success of the Vodafone brand in Ghana.
