According to the four star hotel \u00a0the move ‘is to enable us fully concentrate on developing a first rate Ghanaian international hotel brand.<\/p>\n

The hotel incorporated in 1986, according to the a statement from its Board Chairman Emmanuel Folson is Ghana’s first international hotel.<\/p>\n
It says it intends to refurbish its guest rooms, lobby and other public areas this year to increase guest comfort and choice significantly.<\/p>\n
The hotel over the years has seen some fierce competition from other hotels stationed close to it.<\/p>\n
It currently faces competition from Movenpick hotel and \u00a0the newly constructed Kempinski hotel.<\/p>\n
