Radio Gold\u2019s Alhassan Suhuyini beat off competition from five other National Democratic Congress aspirants to become the candidate to lead party in the area for the\u00a02016 general elections.<\/p>\n

My MP bid not for self-gratification <\/strong><\/p>\n Alhassan Suhuyini had in an earlier with\u00a0Citi News<\/strong> interview, stated that\u00a0his bid to become the MP is not for self-gratification.<\/p>\n \u201cThis venture that I am engaged in is not one to self glorify. I\u2019m not looking to be an MP because I want to boast with it or use it to open doors. I think that I have already, fortunately by the grace of God, the keys to open the doors that some people are seeking to open with this title.
