Citi Breakfast Show<\/strong>, Martin Amidu stood by his claims, saying MPs from both the NPP and NDC had confirmed that they [MPs] had watched the video.<\/p>\n\u201cMr. Nitiwul must know that I\u2019m not such a fool as would expect him as part of the leadership of Parliament who secretly viewed the parliamentary corruption video at the instance of the executive and bid to hot it up to come to public and tell the public that yes indeed they watched it. I have said that there are 275 members of parliament and I have intelligence from MPs from his party as well as the governing party that this action has happened,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
Mr. Amidu argued that because the head of the legislature viewed the video behind closed doors \u201cnobody is going to come out to breach those standing orders even though what they did is unconstitutional.”<\/p>\n
“… I don\u2019t expect him to come out and agree but I have said that even Anas never agreed that he has secretly shown them anything until I came out.Having confirmed half of my story, I am saying that the other half is true and those members of Parliament from both side who have confided in me are right and I adduced other evidence to show that the thing exist. So I don\u2019t expect him, he is childish,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
When asked why the MPs informed him about the video\u00a0Mr. Amidu said: \u201cthey are incorruptible members of parliament who were enunciated with the government and Anas trying to compromise corrupt people, that is the only reason why they will come to the Citizen Vigilante \u00a0\u00a0because they knew that Citizen Vigilante will talk about it.\u201d<\/p>\n
