The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament for the North Tongu Constituency in the Volta Region, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has called for\u00a0massive endorsement of President John Dramani Mahama’s candidature \u00a0in the party\u2019s November 7 primaries and subsequently in the 2016 polls.<\/p>\n

Launching\u00a0his campaign on Sunday at\u00a0Battor, he also called on his constituents to vote massively to retain him to represent them for the second time.<\/p>\n

Cataloging developmental projects executed under his tenure, Mr. \u00a0Ablakwa noted that the constituency is better off with a candidate who has begun some good works \u00a0in their interest rather than going for a candidate who has no track record.<\/p>\n

To kick start his campaign,\u00a0Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa donated assorted items, including detergents, bags of rice, boxes of biscuits, confectioneries and toys to the Children’s ward of the Catholic Hospital, Battor.<\/p>\n
