The tablet will also have an 8-megapixel camera and 2-megapixel camera on the front. That wouldn’t make it much of an iPad Pro killer, if these specs are real.

But let’s unpack that weird stand sticking out of the backside of the tablet. It doesn’t look like it detaches, and in the leaked promotional images, the stand can be used to prop up the tablet like a kiosk for the kitchen counter and flipped over to keep it slanted at an angle when you’re playing games and watching movies in the car? It’s a weird design, that’s for sure, but at least Samsung can’t be accused of copying Apple once again.

The handle is interesting, too. Also notice how Samsung’s pill-shaped button on all of its other Android tablets is nowhere to be found.

It looks like the Galaxy View might be a new Samsung take on the productivity-focused tablet idea, pioneered by the Microsoft Surface and later emulated by the iPad Pro and Google Pixel C.

–

Source: Mashable

Samsung’s rumored gargantuan 18.4-inch tablet looks like it will have a strange stand for propping it up at various angles and a handle for easy transporting.
