The Youth Wing of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has begun a nationwide campaign to mobilize majority of the country\u2019s youth to vote against the Mahama-led National Democratic Congress in the 2016 election.<\/p>\n
[contextly_sidebar id=”mumT7IPu2FDvPtx5rV6xh4sgojZEiWNv”]The nationwide campaign according to the party\u2019s National Youth Organizer, Sammy Awuku, is to draw support for the party in next year\u2019s election.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe enthusiasm that I have seen encourages me to even work more harder and mind you they are poised for change. They are not interested in the ugly noise that seem to be going on.\u201d<\/p>\n
He said the youth are solidly behind the presidential candidate and running mate \u201cand we are poised to carry the party on our shoulders to move from opposition to government.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cThat decision is irreversible and the resolve is irrevocable. So we are on, the train is moving, very soon all those who are lagging behind will soon join the train.\u201d<\/p>\n
