Inter Allies’ bid to stay in the First Capital Plus Premier League was handed a huge boost after beating defending champions Asante Kotoko by a lone goal on Saturday.<\/b><\/p>\n

Allies grabbed the winner through Safiu Abdul Fatawu with a freekick and the result pushed them up to 8th on the log with 34 points while Kotoko are still first with 51 points.<\/div>\n

Hearts of Oak got a win to end their run of three winless matches after they beat Bechem United 2-1 at the Accra Sports Stadium.\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n

The Phobians scored with efforts from Emmanuel Hayford and Robin Gnagne with a penalty while Bechem’s Prosper Donkor got their consolation.<\/div>\n
