{"id":14426,"date":"2014-04-20T12:38:33","date_gmt":"2014-04-20T12:38:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/?p=14426"},"modified":"2014-04-20T12:52:48","modified_gmt":"2014-04-20T12:52:48","slug":"energy-ministers-signature-swindler-granted-bail","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/?p=14426","title":{"rendered":"Energy Minister\u2019s signature swindler granted bail"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A 35-year old confidence trickster, Charles Andoh who allegedly forged the signature of <span class=\"GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark\" id=\"3a8ec10c-c099-4737-80c8-f673415cf23b\">Minister<\/span> for Energy,\u00a0has been granted police inquiry bail.<\/p>\n<p>Charles Andoh was arrested for allegedly forging\u00a0Emmanuel Armah-Kofi Buah\u2019s signature to engage in a fictitious oil deal.<\/p>\n<p>Managers of Muira Energy firm were accused of forging the signature of Energy Minister to lay claim over a piece of <span class=\"GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark\" id=\"8af6328d-6e74-43a1-af62-10581bb7dfb7\">oil rich area<\/span> off the coast of the Western region.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Greater Accra Regional Police command, investigations into the matter have so far proven that Charles Andoh was the culprit.<\/p>\n<p>He was arrested on Wednesday 16 April, 2014 to assist the police in their investigations.<\/p>\n<p>The Greater Accra Regional crime officer, Chief Superintendent Paul Kontonmah told Accra based Joy FM that the police accused would be dealt with if found culpable.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have not charged him, we have taken an investigation caution statement from him for forgery; we cautioned him and then granted him police <span class=\"GINGER_SOFTWARE_mark\" id=\"2e10bac6-9cf0-410d-8117-af664be3df61\">enquiry<\/span> bail,\u2019\u2019 he said.<\/p>\n<p>Chief Supt.
