justify;\">The workers accuse the MD of intimidating workers and being vindictive in his style of leadership.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a justify;\">The also alleged that he sacked some casual workers and reshuffled area managers without following due procedure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the workers, the HR officer\u00a0is also being selective and does not have enough expertise to lead them.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a
