Though he noted that \u201cI would have preferred if it was the media that leaked it\u201d he said \u201ca leak is a leak.\u201d<\/p>\n
He further added that Stan Dogbe was only practicing \u201ccitizen journalism.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m very serious about this issue. If I\u2019d found that document I would possible would have leaked it. I pay tax so if there is going to be an increment in salaries I would have to know. The two people negotiating cannot do anything on the frolic of their own. Keeping it away from us in itself is a disservice to the general public. It is disrespectful to have kept the details of the negotiations from us,\u201d Franklin Cudjoe added.<\/p>\n
