Seventeen (17) people have so far been rescued from the rubble of the three-storey building which collapsed at Cantonments on Saturday.<\/p>\n

This was confirmed to Citi News<\/strong> by the Greater Accra Regional Police PRO, ASP Effia Tenge.<\/p>\n

It is believed that one other person is trapped under the debris.<\/p>\n

The three-storey building collapsed on Saturday afternoon<\/a><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Some of the workers and eye witness have attributed the collapse of the building to weak pillars which they say gave in to the weight of the building.<\/p>\n
