Musician and former radio presenter at Hitz FM, Blakk Rasta has apologized to Parliament for the second time after he alleged that about 80 percent of Ghanaian MPs smoke Marijuana \u00a0(Wee).<\/p>\n
His comments provoked the MPs who summoned him before Parliament\u2019s Privileges Committee.<\/p>\n

Blakk Rasta, while apologising, said he could receive slaps from the MPs to show how sorry he was.<\/p>\n
\u201cI would like to say that if there was an art to read the mind construction on the face, you would have known how my face is bleeding by now because this is not what I stand for. I stand for development.\u00a0 All I want is to say is that very honestly, \u00a0if I could take a slap from everybody here I will be willing do it. I am very sorry\u00a0 for those utterances, I have never stood for anything like that and unequivocally… I am very sorry,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
After his apology, the Speaker of Parliament Edward Doe Adjaho asked Blakk Rasta to \u201cgo and sin no more,\u201d saying \u201cwe shall be watching you.\u201d<\/p>\n
