A major blackout has hit Ghana\u2019s Parliament forcing proceedings to come to a halt on Wednesday.<\/p>\n
This comes just a day after the Finance Minister; Seth Terkper reiterated government’s promise to fix the prevailing power crisis during his mid-year budget review presentation in Parliament.<\/p>\n
