<\/a><\/p>\nIt is expected to carry about 84,000 vehicles a day\u00a0and link the major road network that connects\u00a0the sub-urban areas of Accra to the central business district.<\/p>\n
Government and the Brazilian government are jointly financing the\u00a0ultra-modern interchange project<\/a><\/strong><\/span> to ease vehicular traffic congestion in the area.<\/p>\n The project was started in 2013 and is expected to be completed before the end of 2015.<\/p>\n It is estimated that the country will save up to about $25 million annually<\/strong><\/a><\/span>\u00a0as the project is expected to fuel productivity.<\/p>\n The project cost 74.88 million euro.<\/p>\n –<\/p>\n Photos by: Godwin A.
