{"id":133649,"date":"2015-07-12T05:00:20","date_gmt":"2015-07-12T05:00:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/?p=133649"},"modified":"2015-07-11T21:18:05","modified_gmt":"2015-07-11T21:18:05","slug":"president-mahama-commends-pilot-for-precautionary-landing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/citifmonline.com\/?p=133649","title":{"rendered":"President Mahama commends pilot for precautionary landing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>President Mahama has commended the Ghana Armed Forces for preventing what could have been a fatal accident.<\/p>\n<p>The President and the First Lady escaped harm after the helicopter in which they were flying from Sunyani to Kumasi embarked on a &#8216;precautionary landing.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>The incident happened about 100 metres away from the Apatrapa Government Hospital in the Ashanti Region.<\/p>\n<p>The President, who was grateful for the timely intervention of the Ghana Armed Forces said &#8220;I feel great pride for our armed forces. Great intuition shown by our heli pilots. I feel so proud.
