Citi97.3FM<\/strong> has been awarded the media house with the best social media presence at Ghana’s Social media Awards.<\/span><\/p>\n

The annual event organised by Ghana\u2019s biggest association of bloggers, Blogging Ghana saw the likes of Ashesi University, M.anifest amongst others also awarded.<\/p>\n

The Theme for this year\u2019s event was \u201cThe New Phase of Social Media\u201d, came off at Kofi Annan ICT Center on Saturday April 12th , 2014.<\/p>\n

Speaking at the event, the United Sates’ Ambassador to Ghana,\u00a0Gene Allan Cretz urged participants to “use visuals to tell the world about the amazing talent and opportunities in Ghana.”<\/p>\n

According to him the next phase of Social Media in Ghana is getting “more voices from Wa, Sunyani, Keta online.”<\/p>\n
