Nuamah, Takoradi MCE, Captain Anthony Cudjoe and Tarkwa MCE, Mrs Christiana Cobbinah<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to a statement from the Presidency, President Mahama took the decision \u201cbased on Article 243 and 246 of the 1992 Constitution.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">They have also been directed to handover to the Regional Minister, Paul Evans Aidoo on June 30, 2015.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Article 243 and 246 state that MMDCEs can only be \u201c\u2026removed from office by the President; or he resigns or dies.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">By: Godwin A.
