The Deputy Minister of Transport, Joyce Bawa Mogtari on Tuesday distributed relief items to about two hundred persons in Kokomlemle, New Town, Pig farm and\u00a0other other communities in the Ayawaso central constituency who were affected and displaced by Wednesday\u2019s floods.<\/p>\n

She was assisted by some officials from the Ayawaso central sub \u2013metro National Disaster Management Organization (NADMO).<\/p>\n

Some of the items donated were foodstuffs, second-hand clothes, mattresses, buckets and other relief items.<\/p>\n

Joyce Bawa Mogtari told Citi News<\/strong> on Tuesday that the gesture would be extended to other people across the country who have also been affected by the recent floods.<\/p>\n
