Five men are presently displaying their cooking prowess by\u00a0preparing special meals for their wives in Citi FM’s<\/strong> annual Cook For Mama<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0challenge.<\/p>\n

The competition is to celebrate mothers in style as the world gets ready to honor mothers on Sunday.<\/p>\n

The winner will take home the ultimate prize of an all expense paid weekend away at a plush resort.<\/p>\n

The five fathers were selected out of hundreds of participants after they sent in entries, with included the favorite dish of mama, the recipe, the methodology and a short statement about what makes mama so special.<\/p>\n

Cornelius Koku Segla\u00a0would prepare\u00a0Akple and Pappa\u00a0while\u00a0Godfred Asante Boafo\u00a0prepares\u00a0Rice Balls\u00a0with\u00a0Groundnut soup.<\/p>\n

Joel Koranteng\u00a0goes exotic with\u00a0Rice\u00a0and\u00a0German Curry Sauce\u00a0and\u00a0Emmanuel Appiah\u00a0would prepare one meal which is very popular with families,\u00a0Fried Rice\u00a0and\u00a0Chicken.<\/p>\n

The final contestant\u00a0Dr Osborn Kofi Boakye’s\u00a0dish would be\u00a0Spicy baked chicken thighs, sweet potatoes, mixed vegetable sauce\u00a0and\u00a0modified Ghanaian salad.<\/p>\n

The event begun at 10 am at the premises of Citi FM<\/strong>, Adabraka.<\/p>\n
