Naa Torshie and I have done some before. In fact, in the 2012 election, a certain man called Dr. Donkor \u2013 I helped them and I made a serious move to make sure that that particular person will be disqualified and it happens,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>The delegates in the Tema West constituency at a press briefing on Tuesday ordered the national, regional and constituency executives of the party to <span style=\"color: #666699;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #666699;\" href=\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/2015\/05\/06\/dont-disqualify-any-aspirant-tema-west-npp-warns-vetting-cttee\/#sthash.EDJ1I7PN.dpbs\" target=\"_blank\">defer any plans of disqualifying Mr. Ahenkorah.<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>They indicated that failure to heed their warning will result in the withdrawal of their support for the party in the 2016 elections.<\/p>\n<p>They also threatened to campaign for the governing National Democratic Congress (NDC).<\/p>\n<p>Giving the reasons which informed their demand, Young Arhin on Eyewitness News said they are reliably informed that the candidate some party members were planning to disqualify is Carlos Ahenkorah.<\/p>\n<p>He continued that the delegates are fully aware of the practice and \u201cin fact, they sent more than 20 petitions to the vetting committee [to disqualify Donkor in 2012] which is wrong and an infringement on human rights.
