If I am unconvinced by the outcome of those leadership positions, I\u2019m not bound by what they say, I can still reintroduce my motion,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The Speaker is of the belief that because of the value for money,there is a \u00a0calculation that has to be done and he thinks the Ministry should be allowed to come back to the leadership and answer questions that are arising from the loan.
