An 11- year- old pupil of Obedeka Primary School near Nsawam, Bennet Kwesi Tawiah, has been detained by the Nsawam Police for allegedly killing Francis Barfo of Okanta Primary School after a misunderstanding between them.<\/p>\n
[contextly_sidebar id=”WYnsvcXQrzQzIbsRaSBRW7GYgkMscsUX”]The Nsawam District Police Commander, Chief Superintendent of Police Akwasi Kankam Boadu narrated that after a misunderstanding between the two pupils, Barfo and his friends picked a stick \u00a0hit Tawiah,<\/p>\n
He said, Tawiah who was holding a kitchen knife warned Barfo that if he did not stop hitting him, he would stab him but Barfo refused to stop.<\/p>\n
Tawiah then stabbed Barfo in the chest.<\/p>\n
Barfo called for help and some people called the police who rushed to the area and transported him to the hospital.<\/p>\n
Barfo however died on arrival at the Nsawam Government Hospital.<\/p>\n
Meanwhile, the body of Barfo has been taken to the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital for autopsy, while the Police are investigating the case.<\/p>\n
