The Mo Ibrahim Foundation has congratulated former President Goodluck Jonathan for conceding defeat, describing his decision as a \u201cbenchmark for other African countries to follow.\u201d<\/p>\n
He believes Goodluck Jonathan has also “achieved a legacy” by taking such a decision.<\/p>\n
