When Citi News<\/strong> got to the affected area, the walls protecting some lands have been razed.<\/p>\n Some of the residents told Citi News<\/strong> that they woke up this morning to find heavily armed military men pulling down walls and some uncompleted buildings there.<\/p>\n Some said the military warned them not to come close or risk being violently restrained.<\/p>\n But a press release signed by E, Aggrey-Quashie, Acting Director Public Relations of the Ghana Armed Forces, further warned \u201cindividuals to stay off military lands.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThey should be mindful of the possible dangers they might face if they continue to ignore all warning not to live close to military installations,\u201d the releases added.<\/p>\n A civil society organization, known as the Alliance for Safeguarding the Integrity of the Security Services (ASISS) had earlier alleged the sale of lands<\/strong><\/a><\/span> and belonging to the forces hence warning such persons to desist from it.<\/p>\n They catalogued a number of lands and properties that they claim have been sold or given to private developers including the No.1 Roman ridge residence, Army officers Mess, 1 Drake Avenue, Labadi Villa\u2019s land and Teshie Camp (portions have been sold).<\/p>\n Meanwhile, the leadership of the Ghana Armed Forces have denied the claims<\/strong><\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n –<\/p>\n By: Godwin Allotey Akweiteh\/citifmonline.com\/Ghana<\/p>\n![\"03\"](\"http:\/\/4cd.e16.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/031.jpg\")
