According to a report by 9to5Mac<\/em>, Apple Watch Edition buyers will get a unique purchasing experience \u2014 they’ll be able to skip queues, and a dedicated Expert will take them on a personalized shopping “journey”, which could last up to one hour.<\/p>\n One of the most interesting perks of this shopping experience will be the ability to try the Edition in a private area inside the Apple Store. However, to reduce risk of theft, customers will be able to try out only two watches at once.<\/p>\n Buyers will also be able to learn about the Apple Watch by video conferencing with an Apple Store employee from their home.<\/p>\n This option will be available for buyers of both Apple Watch Edition and the stainless steel variant, but not the Sport version.<\/p>\n Edition buyers, however, will get access to an exclusive phone line offering technical support round the clock for two years after purchase.<\/p>\n According to the report, the Apple Watch Edition will only be available in Apple’s largest markets at first, after which it will be gradually rolling out to other Apple stores.<\/p>\n 9to5Mac<\/em> also shared details about an upcoming Apple Store redesign ahead of the Apple Watch launch.<\/p>\n The buying process for the Watch will differ from Apple’s norms and will include a “magical” display case \u2014 essentially a table full of Apple Watches running a demo loop \u2014 and a try-on area, where customers will be able to try the different models on their wrist.<\/p>\n Apple Watch is slated to hit Apple Stores on April 24. It will be available in three basic variants: the regular, stainless-steel version, the aluminum Apple Watch Sport and the gold Apple Watch Edition.
