Just as University of Ghana is a Ghana nation education facility. Professor Fiifi Atta-Mills and Mr. John Mahama Dramani enjoyed the privilege to supervise the construction of the facility at the behest of the Republic of Ghana. Let me remind the NDC Minority in Parliament that the UG Medical Centre is not an NDC Political party funded project. NDC does not own, and cannot ever own the UG Medical Centre. It is the reigning government that exercises administrative control under the Ghana Government Health Ministry. The minority should cease the funny ugly noises coming hoarse from its throat. Let it exercise intellectual reason.
