Nobody can even argue against this when under the tenure of the Prof basic schools in some parts of the country begged for chalk for teachers. This is public knowledge! But, sidelining the core of the argument and drifting off into a tangential debate, this article seems to dwell on the Professor’s achievements outside her office as education minister and ends up, in what I’d say is unsurprising in recent times when people have spoken against the ineptitude of some women, pulling the gender card to muddy the conversation. How did her invitation to the UN impact the lives of children in Builsa or Akwatia or anywhere else for that matter? That is the question. And I sincerely hope madam Joyce isn’t saying the Prof should not be made to account for her office because she’s a woman. That would be a shame indeed.

Where are some of the ‘works’ Mogtari mentions? Quote to support your claims here. Define the reforms Professor Naana introduced to education in the country. We should, in all humility, like to see them. Is Joyce Bawa Mogtari aware of the horror deterioration that characterized the education system and learning in our schools and colleges and universities? Why did professors and teachers choose to stay away from the classrooms and lectures for months while John Dramani Mahama chose to bastardize schools and colleges during his tenure of office? Don’t ever attempt to remind us of the horror harm that trailed your John Mahama Dramani handling of our learning institutions between 2008 and 2016. We meticulously tabulated all the errors and ills minute after minute of the untoward abuses wrought in the education ministry. Opoku-Agymang’s ‘diligent works’ indeed! And the reforms! Let’s read these, at least. We’d love to.
