Logistically its not sustainable. And the amount of delay it will cost if stations are to wait for fire service personnel to arrive before discharge (the possibility of corruption they may be involve in) and besides if there is leakage what will the fire officer do? The best option is to insist of periodical training of tankers operators, discharge procedures, installation of flame arrestor on every tanker and effective institutional operation.
