Why would anybody expect them to admit to invading users’ privacy, not to mention, straight up spying on users? The best way to combat this is to drop the app and entreat friends, families and colleagues to do same. Take your power away by deleting the app. Anything short of that is tantamount to consenting to being spied and preyed on and you really can’t complain about that. Have been off fb for almost a decade, next up is whatsapp. They read and listen to your conversations on whatsapp too. #droptheapp 🙂
