Let me remind his Honorable the Minority opposition member of our august parliament that most often, indeed as often as His Excellency accepted to mention the free quality SHS education project, he mentioned the free quality SHS education program would star from somewhere. He was specific as many times as i remember him allude to it that the project would start with the BECE graduate intakes this September 2017. Why should any NDC member in their right senses expect the program to begin in the future…before September 2017? For this you Haruna Iddrisu and your NDC pack have chosen to ask Ghanaian parents to rise up and rebel?
