Please, Mr President could you possibly prioritise reactivating of the Komenda Sugar Factory? Yes, your opponents (the NDC) may talk about and claim they started it but it is not about who started what, rather it is about what will work for Ghana and would create jobs for the economy to move forward. The longer the factory lies idle the more Ghana will be losing because $35m of Ghana’s money has been invested into it. Additionally, if it lies idle for a longer period, all machines and equipment would need servicing and incur more cost for the nation. Please Mr President, act on Komenda Sugar Factory (KSF) to keep the dollars needed to import sugar in Ghana. This is my humble appeal to you, your Excellency.
