It is not the best service in the world for tracking post which international customers are used to, customer service is questionable and everytime we send an item from my business we just grit our teeth till it arrives at its destination but almost 99.9% of the time the deliveries arrive ok so it does work. We have only recorded about 0.5% no delivery/lost item out of 100’s of transactions since 2014. The company just needs to tweak a few things to make using it viable as more and more young Ghanaians are dicovering selling online to international customers locally made goods etc. One thing that improved as of Dec 2014 is the stabilised pricing which is very much appreciated from a business point of view. And they weed out staff who take advantage of of their position and cheat customers.
