They are never consistent and very biased. Just few month ago ACEP was againt the deal now that their former director is now a Dep. minster of energy,the deal is good and will stabilize the energy in Ghana. What changed?? CitiFM should quiz these guys based on their previous comments on the Karpowership deal. The government should be careful taking info from these empty so called Energy Thinks in Ghana.
