Per the Labour Act Kuwait and any other country that want labourers from Ghana to work in their country must have an existing agreement with Ghana (Section 7(5) of Labour Act 651). The question then is does Ghana have such agreement with Kuwait and what are the terms?
Did the Agencies that recruited these Ghanaians have a License and if they did what are their role in repatriating our sisters back to Ghana?
