If these people have been transfered because they engaged in financial malfeasance then Justin Kodua Frimpong is the most block headed person I have ever known. How do you transfer people enbloc from one region to the other and think it will fight corruption? Are they not the same people? Why move them in block? What about the cleaners, drivers and other low staff who have all been moved enbloc? What’s their crime? The journalist who wrote this report is also just stupid.
