Our civil and public service has a poor attitude towards work. I’m surprised about the 90 percent score that the secretary has assigned to their performance. We are lazy, make excuses for our every mistake, lord it over those we should be serving and worst of dishonest.
The time for the truth has come. Confront your worst fears and change for the better. This is not political rhetoric. Our attitudes need to change.

It is VERY true that majority of Civil Servants are under performing and, therefore, the need to be told the truth for character change.
There is, absolutely, no need to defend yourselves about this but to reform for the nation to move forward.
It is as simple as that.
