Else he will soon be a laughing stock like many of our black leaders!
Ghana needs every town, city and district to take reaponsibility for their basic needs and let the central government take care of defence, aviation and major highways. To do that requires an amendment of the 1992 constitution for local empowerment through elections!
Talking is not going to do it but firm Plans announced with the EC and all stakeholders!
