Did all of them have agreements to clear goods at the port without charge in anticipation of deducting these when Govt pays them? What kind of logic is this? What dates where on those cheques issued? You give a cheque for GHc 7500 that bounces and you have what agreement with who? Because your brother is president? If the dud cheque was issued by Ken Agyapong in 2015/2016, which investigative body in Ghana then would have investigated this? And if Ibrahim is invited and they feel they are now at liberty to interrogate him on issues they didn’t have the ‘balls’ to do same during the tenure of his brother, why should they allow him to go and ask for him to report again at a later time? Is there any law that prohibits an interrogation for 8 hours?
