The police were/are guilty of a serious dereliction of duty. They were remiss in guarding the Circuit Court, which is a grave offense that tells on the Kumasi police force’s performance. The lives of our judges should never be exposed to such hazards as the Kumasi High Court Lady Judge suffered. The police responsible for such lax as is reported need disciplining.
