Without the real checks and balance and the required and needed rigorous oversights, governance suffers. It is high time Ghana began to move towards a complete separation of power and complete independence for the Legislature. 110 Ministers is too large for a small country like Ghana. I hope Nana is already suffering from administrative rustiness and saraka type of administration. Why should a Ministries like Information, Local govt etc have 3 Deputy Ministers? The ministerial appointments are just too many and needless Nana.
