Every one should be held accountable especially public servants, they are always striking for better remuneration but don’t want to do the job for which they are being payed what hypocrisy.
Shame on GNAT, the honorable minister should be commended for such brave initiative.
In my view the 90 percent threshold is far bellow par, warning letters should be issued if fifty percent fail rate occurs and 60 percent fail rate should attract summary dismissal.
We demand accountability from all public servants measurable targets must be set for all civil servant employees the day’s of underperforming should end now.
