He would substitute ‘vision’ in place of ‘plan’. A plan is defined by restrictive time. A vision is not that much held in check by time; it is free and floats, uncontrolled by whims, Professor Gyan Baffuor indicates.
I think the professor has a point, given the country’s backward growth development.This sends us visiting the contents of the various syllabi of our educational institutions for relevance.
