How can you ensure absolute security of the President or VP if they keep changing houses. Its like Mr. Obama would say he will keep the White House. Whoever made such an agreement with Mr. Mahama is crazy. The transition is supposed to be smooth and elegant and have some class and not this bungle up, which is why there are official residences in the first place.
