They cared less about what happened in their constituencies(with most of them NOT going home).

Some actually became “Tin-gods” in their own rights. Their constituents suffered (in terms of infrastructure) while they looked on, with the excuse that their’s was to make legislation.

Most common funds meant for them were even diverted for their selfish ends.

Hoping the present parliament will do the needful, and make their constituents happy this time round.
